Joelle completed her Master's degree in Human Nutrition at McGill University in 2012. She is a member of Dietitians of Canada and the Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec.
She believes in the importance of nutrition quality and whole food in disease prevention and performance improvement.
Her aim is to make nutrition simple and accessible while using evidence based science. She uses a one-on-one approach to help her clients achieve their goals.
Some of her specialties include: digestive disorders, food intolerance, weight loss and management, vegetarianism, diabetes, heart health (high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol) as well as meal planning, healthy eating out … and this list goes on!
