Vincent received his kinesiology degree in 2011 specialising in sport and received his post graduate degree in therapeutic exercise from the University of Sherbrooke in 2012. He is committed to understanding muscle movement in order to better treat his clients.
Having studied various manual therapy techniques, Vincent has developed a particular interest in treating postural disorders and the related compensatory muscle imbalances, pain and dysfunction that result.
His interest in functional biomechanics has led him to his present studies at the Quebec College of Osteopathy.
On a personal note, Vincent enjoys and excels at weight lifting, back country snow boarding, the outdoors and more recently gymnastics and the playing field where he experiments with his own body mechanics.
