Sarah is a licensed physiotherapist and OPPQ member specializing in the management of orthopedic injuries, as well as vestibular dysfunction and dizziness. She completed a Bachelor of Science (Anatomy & Cell Biology) at McGill University in 2006 and went on to complete her Master of Science (Applied) Physical Therapy in 2010.
In order to provide optimal care to her clients, Sarah regularly participates in continuing education activities. Sarah has recently completed an internationally accredited post-graduate diploma in manual and manipulative therapy offered through the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and now holds the title of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists.
Sarah manages the physiotherapy treatment of clients in the Concussion Rehabilitation Program. Her training in vestibular rehabilitation and manual therapy gives her the unique background necessary to effectively help her clients get back to work, sport, and life as quickly and safely as possible.
Sarah is also an accomplished long-distance runner and triathlete. She is passionate about sport and exercise, and loves working with athletes of all levels.
