Patricia Roy, R.D., IOC Dip Sport Nutr, holds a Bachelor's degree in nutrition from Université de Montréal. She is a registered dietitian and member of the OPDQ (Ordre Professionel des Diététistes du Québec). Inspired by sport from a young age, Patricia combined her two passions in January 2016 by starting a specialization in Sport Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee.
Patricia works with athletes in several sports and is involved in the nutritional education of sports teams such as the NOVA Synchronized Skating Club and the SAS Macogep Acquisio Cycling Team. Field presence, culinary group workshops, conferences and individual consultations are her tools to optimize the nutrition of the athletes with whom she collaborates.
Her expertise led her to share her scientific knowledge with sport nutritionists in the province at the annual sports nutrition conference and at the 2017 Congress of the Kinesiologists.
